FPMI is seeking a team of Senior Classification Specialist, Classification Specialist, Senior Recruitment Specialist, and Recruitment Specialist, to support a Federal agency in a shared service center environment. Experience with QuickHire, USAJohbs and PeoplePlus is required as well as proficiency with LotusNotes. The assignments are full-time and are located in Cincinnati OH. The contract will be a base plus 4 option years.
Tasks include: 1. Recruitment and Staffing 2. In-processing of New Employees/Out-processing of Separating Employees 3. Classification and Compensation 4. Employee Benefits 5. Transaction Processing
Senior Recruitment Specialist:
Authority on the full range of recruitment, staffing, and placement issues,
many of which are highly complex in nature. Provides expert assistance to Federal agencies in carrying out their authority to recruit – announce,
develop crediting plans, rate and rank applications, or take other actions
that address the filling of positions from either internal or external sources.
May be called upon to assist in conducting executive searches, developing
assessment criteria, and structured interview questions for use by Agency
officials. Applies advanced skills and knowledge of Federal HR business
processes to administer HR processes in recruitment and/or staffing.
Provides HR process services and interacts with clients to provide HR
advisory services to Federal HR policy and operations specialists.
Prepares HR reports or analyses and responds to technical questions
received via telephone or email. Evaluates employment factors such as
job experience, education and training, knowledge, skills, and abilities,
and other qualifications. Prepares ratings on applicants. May check
references, extend formal job offers, work with outside agencies and
vendors, etc.
Recruitment Specialist:
Provides assistance to Federal agencies in carrying out their authority to

take other actions that address the filling of positions from either internal
or external sources. Applies journey level skills and knowledge of Federal
HR to administer HR processes in recruitment and/or staffing. Provides
HR process services and interacts with clients to provide HR advisory
services. Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education
and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, and other qualifications.
Prepares ratings on applicants, makes recommendations on starting
grades/salaries, and provides applicants with information as needed. May
check references, extend formal job offers, work with outside agencies
and vendors, etc.
