Senior Social Worker

 

A Full-Time Senior Social Worker position is available in the Department of Social Services of Washington County, Family Services Unit.  Responsibilities include, accepting selected cases for diagnostic assessment to determine treatment needs, providing intensive individual, family and/or group therapy to selected clients, along with identifying, planning and organizing other agency and community resources to meet client needs.      

 

Required Training and Experience:  Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university, State certification as a Social Worker Advanced Practice required within 90 days of hire, and upon appointment, a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and available transportation.

 

One year of responsible post graduate experience is preferred.  Standard County Application must be received in the Human Resources Department.  Apply at:
