Develop Congressional justifications Coordinate Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Program Budget Decisions (PBD) for agency concerns and intent Formalize agency budgetary processes and facilitate associated trainingPosition-specific Required Skills: Minimum 3+ years of Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE). Minimum 4+ years in a U.S. Federal accounting or DoD financial management role to include budget preparation and budget execution. A minimum of an Undergraduate degree in an accounting or business-related discipline U.S. citizenship is required. Federal Governmental Accounting or Budget requiredPosition-specific Desired Skills: Desired Qualifications CGFM, CPA, PMP, MBA Desired experience with Cognos Enterprise Planner and Business Intelligence tool Experience in Program Objective Memorandum (POM) Experience with OMB A-11 Excellent written and verbal communication Responsibilities will focus on the budget formulation and the Budget Execution phase of the PPBE process. Experience in DoD Program Objective Memorandum (POM). OMB A-11 experience and insight key. Experience and knowledge of DoD and DHS financial processes is a plus. This role allows a person to work with clients in a consultative manner, helping them solve problems based upon creative solutions. It may include process definition, documentation, and reengineering. Individuals with experience in federal financial management and analysis, particularly in Budget Planning, Formulation, Programming, and Execution (PPBE).
