Sr Training Consultant--Lewin Group--DC Area

The Lewin Group’s Federal Human Services Practice seeks an accomplished trainer to build and implement strategies for delivering training and technical assistance to grantees, community-based agencies and organizations, and other audiences, and to provide leadership across multiple projects that have training components. This position requires substantial experience in planning and delivering training and technical assistance, as well as the ability to apply state-of-the-art adult learning principles and technologies. Specifically, the successful candidate will have experience in the following: Developing and updating training materials such as User's Guides and Webcasts Coaching, mentoring, and motivating a range of potential audiences, including local service providers and state and federal staff Leveraging technology to support a wide array of training modalities Conducting ongoing assessments to identify priority areas of need for training Partnering with providers who can assist in a peer-to-peer roleA master’s degree, with training and experience in organization development/behavior and adult education, knowledge of data collection, performance measurement, software implementation and/or evaluation research and policy analysis in human services, and experience capturing work with federal agencies in the training field is preferred.
