Support field agents with TECS cases and ROI’s. Add users to Office of Investigations proprietary systems and LYNX.Required SkillsThe ideal Technical Support Specialist candidate shall:•U.S. Citizenship•An Active Security Clearance or be able to obtain one•B.S. Information Technology or related degree preferred•Must be knowledgeable of full life cycle development with an emphasis on incremental, iterative development and deployment and knowledge of CMMi standards.•Strong oral and written communications skills.•3-5 years experience with Law Enforcement Systems
