Tactical Movement Trainer-CA

Background:USfalcon is seeking a Tactical Movement Trainer to be a part of a 4 person team overseeing the tactical movement training for the Military Transition Team (MTT) part of Combat Arms at Fort Bragg, NC. Requirements:·  20 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or 15 years of experience with a Masters/PhD from an accredited institution or combined years of experience totaling 30 years.·  10 years of related experience·  Ability to obtain a Secret level security clearance·  Willingness to travel up to two weeks per month·  Solid background in platoon level unit training, maneuver operations, unit live fires, and MDMP. Preferred Qualifications:·  Graduate of combat arms ANCOC.·  10 years active service in the US Army at the E7/E8 level·  Excellent oral and written communication skills·  Superior relationship and interpersonal skills·  Team player with a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently Duties:·  Responsible for training, teaching, coaching, and mentoring platoon and squad/section level NCOs on their execution of counter IED tasks while in the execution of tactical movement operations. ·  Prepare input to the MTT's oral and written after action reviews and take-home packages for unit leaders. ·  Conduct research on ongoing and emerging trends in the current theater of operations and the ability to codify that information into applicable lessons and techniques.·  Routinely capture and communicate current best practices to the target audience. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; SECRET, TS, or TS/SCI clearance is required. About the company:USfalcon, Inc. provides Integrated Business and Technology Solutions to a wide range of Government and Corporate clients, and has been recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in the United States.  A privately held, certified 8(a), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), USfalcon is headquartered in Morrisville, NC, and has offices in Shrewsbury, NJ, Calverton, MD, Lowell, MA, Atlanta, GA, Las Cruces, NM, Huntsville, AL and Helena, MT.
