TBD (Teams of 5 will be broken into 4 Regions -Northwest (Ft Lewis area), East (DC area), South (Florida area), Midwest (Fort Sill area)----Team Leads will be based out of these regions and the Coaches will be Virtual from their homes or satellite offices.

Currently has a contingent opening for a Multi-Source Assessment and Feedback (MSAF) Coach/Mentor
JOB DESCRIPTION: Multi-Source Assessment and Feedback (MSAF) coaches/mentors will report directly to the MSAF site manager and in coordination with the Coaching Cell Coordinator. Initial efforts will be focused on process development in support of integration and implementation of an Army-wide MSAF program. Primary duties will include but not be limited to providing direct coaching to key officer leaders at the operational/tactical levels Division and Brigade Combat Teams and providing the interpretation of the results of the Army's 360-degree assessment provided by their superiors, peers, subordinates and themselves for the Multi-Source Assessment and Feedback (MSAF) Program. The coach/mentor will provide interpretive feedback to the leader and provide for development of a follow-on individual development action plan (IDP). The coach/mentor completes a certification program to use the Army's 360 Leader Assessment Coaching Model, conducts survey interpretation and defines individual self development activities to improve their performance based on the Army's Development Activity Guide. The leader assessment surveys are completed in conjunction with a unit's rotation at a given Combat Training Center or at designated training venues. The coach/mentor is responsible to interpret the results and then follow-up with a virtual (telephonic, e-mail and or Internet communication real-time via audio, video, or text exchange) one on one coaching session to provide directed feedback at the unit location. The employee will be subjected to his/her own 360-degree assessment and be trained to be a leadership coach for this program.
REQUIRED SKILLS: 6 years Prior Army Experience as a battalion/brigade primary staff officer/NCO and staff experience at the division through Corps level strongly preferred with a thorough knowledge of Army organizational structure, mission objectives, function, procedures, agency regulations, and policy pertaining to the Department of the Army (DA) essential. Candidate will possess an understanding of current leadership doctrine, strong oral and written communication skills, strong counseling skills and capability to successfully complete coaching certification. Ability to guide participants through presentation material, provide substantive comments/analysis of progress and provide the participant an organized approach to addressing the identified protégé developmental needs. Ability to document established participant requirements in a formal Individual Development Plan (IDP) that defines the specific leader actions to address developmental strengths and needs. Ability to develop/produce projected and completed training schedules.
DESIRED SKILLS:Previous experience in an academic/training environment and familiarity with office productivity tools. Experience with student management and scheduling processes; a great sense of US Army leadership.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college or university. 6 years of directly related experience can be substituted for a degree .Graduate degree a plus.
COMPENSATION: Pending location and experience $55,000-$70,000
