 The Project/Job Duties


Serve as team member to evaluate project development and approval process to improve the overall development review process.


Primary role would be to assess the current process cycle from planning up to project completion, to identify bottlenecks and drawbacks which are affecting a smooth workflow and to come up with clear recommendations for an improved process, including interaction with external agencies, and the private developers.

This project is intended to do an initial audit to capture current processes and identify the “as is” environment. Once this baseline effort is complete the next step will be to review the processes and recommend changes to streamline the development review and approval process.



Job Qualifications and Requirements


Strong experience in urban or municipal planning, 10+ years


Prior consulting experience in the review of operations, management audits or process development


Strong client relationships, excellent communication and leadership skills, strong attention to detail, sound independent judgment and ability to meet deadlines and budget.  
 
Job Special Conditions


Project assignment is anticipated to be 2-3 months


Project travel to Abu Dhabi will be required with all travel and housing cost paid.
