Warehouseman

You’ll work in Iraq, Afghanistan or Kuwait, supporting contingency operations for U.S. and Coalition Forces. The challenges are significant, but so are the rewards. Warehouseman will report to and receive assignments, instructions, and direction from the Warehouse Foreman.  You will receive, store, and issue materials.  Warehouseman will maintain inventory records and perform various clean-up and housekeeping activities.  All safety rules, policies and procedures will be followed and will include wearing required safety equipment.  Other duties may include working with and training TCN’s (Third Country Nationals). Work experience requirements:  Prior and recent military experience is preferred (U.S. Army MOS 92A, 92Y, or other military service equivalent) Recent experience working as a warehouseman in a large distribution center environment Ability to operate various forklifts Receiving, inspecting, inventorying, loading, unloading, storing, delivering, and turning in supplies and equipment Operating computer systems Preparing supply documents Maintaining automated supply system for accounting, or supplies and equipment Performing inventory and financial management procedures, including ordering, receiving and storing supplies Locating and cataloging stock 3 – 5 years of related experience is required Preferred Work Experience:  Past military supply experience in military supply classes I – IX Forklift certification or license required Computer literacy and experience with an automated inventory computer based programs and/or Warehouse Management Systems  All candidates must be willing to sign a one year open ended agreement following a minimum of 14 days of processing in Houston.
