A growth potential position seeking a candidate with some supervisory experience. Administers and enforces zoning and noise control ordinance codes of the City of Littleton, CO. Coordinates with Building Dept. on the enforcement of the sign code. Serves as a point on contact for inquiries related to sign code, zoning code and noise ordinance administration and enforcement. Reviews building permit applications, proposed site plans and zoning requests for compliance. Conducts Citywide inspections to insure ongoing compliance with zoning and noise control codes. Conducts zoning and noise-related investigations and inspections as necessary. Provide staff support for the Board of Adjustment
