TheraCare Home Health/HRA is seeking Full-Time & PRN Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists to cover
Fort Worth Mid-Cities (HEB) Irving Dallas Richardson Lewisville Garland and Mesquite.

Full-Time PT's starting salary is $72,500, OT's starting salary is $67,500 plus generous productivity bonuses. Productivity Bonuses can easily increase total salary to $90k-$100k or more. Full time PTAs and COTAs are also needed and are eligible for bonus program.

Other Full Time Benefits include:
Health Insurance, Dental and Vision. Cafeteria Plan including Short Term/Long Term Disability. Retirement Plan with 3% employer match. Generous PTO and Holiday program. Cell phone allowance or issue. Generous mileage reimbursement.
