ACCOUNT MANAGER

New Hope Hospice of Nevada/Arizona, INC, a provider of hospice services, is seeking a qualified account manager for Laughlin, NV and surrounding communities. The account manager, a key member of the hospice team, facilitates access to hospice care for families and patients in the community. Responsibilities include:Developing professional relationships with hospitals, nursing facilities, and physicians to increase utilization of hospice servicesDeveloping and implementing a strategic plan that results in effective account management, referrals and census growthDeveloping clinical competence to communicate and promote hospice features and benefits to referral sources, patients, and families

The ideal candidate will have experience in home health care, hospice or health services sales; clinical background, or ability to develop basic clinical competence, to effectively communicate with health care professionals.

Established relationships in the community a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills required.
