ACCOUNT MANAGER IV

Use your business savvy and broad knowledge of health insurance products to manage the relationship and provide support for our National Account(s) efforts. You will focus on developing strategic initiatives, performing contract renewals and servicing existing accounts, while selling additional product lines and facilitating member enrollment. Specific duties include: making frequent on-site visits to client to identify customer needs/interests making appropriate product recommendations planning and negotiating contract terms developing/conducting workshops (on claims, enrollment, industry regulations, etc.) for large accounts handling other related duties as assignedTo qualify, you will need a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent business experience) and at least four years of comparable experience in contract negotiations, as well as a current driver’s license, and a New Jersey State Life/Health Insurance License. Outstanding communication, interpersonal, leadership, presentation and computer skills are required, along with broad health and dental insurance industry knowledge (e.g. claims processing, billing, enrollment, plan products/services, renewal policies and rating).
