Consist of weekdays and weekends shfits. Assists with the coordination of all activities of daily operations for the department and assists the department director as needed. Acts as liaison between the SSU and inpatient units. Schedules procedures, arranges transportation of patients, orders supplies, and enter charges into Excel. The Nursing Office Staffing Coordinator performs activities related to staffing and scheduling, timecard reconciliation for agency staff, billing reconciliation, report generation RES-Q, enter dialysis procedural charges, utilize Microsoft Office® (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, document in appropriate log books (i.e. Nurse Floating, Hospital Convenience Log, Call Log) and ensure/validate Acuity and daily staffing data is entered into Evalysis.
