Cedar Crest, developed by Erickson Retirement Communities, is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in Pompton Plains, NJ.  Cedar Crest is establishing a Medicare certified home health agency to serve residents of this unique and beautiful community. Our community setting enables us to provide home health without the challenges of travel, weather and security for our Home Health employees. In our self-contained community, you will experience providing home health as you never have before, with physicians on site.
