At present, Mercy Gilbert Medical Center has 192 private rooms with guest accommodations, with the capacity to expand to 400 beds over the next five years. With 42 hospitals in Arizona, California and Nevada, CHW is one of the largest healthcare systems in the West. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 1. High School Diploma or GED equivalent, AA preferred. 2. One year of experience in the health or patient care related field, prefer six months experience working in an operating room 3. Six months on-the-job experience, including workshops and training classes 4. Successful completion of Basic Arrhythmia course, IV competency, Cell Saving Competency. 5. Basic computer skills required LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION 1. National and/or State Credentialing-ASATT within two years of hire 2. ACLS, Basic Arrhythmia course, IV/Arterial competency, cell saver competency within six months of hire. 3.
