ACQUISITIONS Vice President Acquisitions Senior Housing Acquisitions Specialist needed, ideal candidate will be responsible for the acquisition of Skilled Nursing Facilities. Duties will include sourcing, underwriting, evaluating, assisting in the due diligence, and closing of acquisitions on a single and portfolio basis. The position requires a minimum of 5 years experience in senior housing, good industry contacts, and the desire to successfully operate within a team environment. The ability to draft internal investment committee memoranda and other presentation materials, as well as perform financial analyses for project cash flow and investment returns is required.
