ASSISTANT PROGRAM DIRECTOR

ASSISTANT PROGRAM DIRECTOR (Arlington): Full-time position in a dynamic residential program for young adults (males and females), funded by the Department of Mental Health.  Responsibilities include direct supervision of staff, scheduling, client advocacy and case management, documentation, implementation and review of treatment plans, crisis management and on-call duties, oversight of the milieu, activity planning, and other administrative tasks.  The position requires relational, supervisory and organizational skills, knowledge of the DMH population, experience in residential settings, flexibility, a sense of humor, and a commitment to the program and agency mission.  Bachelor’s degree is required.  Bilingual and bicultural candidates encouraged to apply.
