ASSISTANT PROGRAM MANAGER

 (20 hours per week)- The Assistant Program Manager for Housing will assist the Program Manager with supervision, orientation and training of Housing Care Coordinators and Congregate Housing Coordinators.  The Assistant will assure proper documentation of consumer records and maintain systems to assure accurate reporting of all statistical reports for the housing program.  Will develop and maintain cooperative relationships with community agencies, housing management and provider agencies. 

 

Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2 years in Care Management required.  Supervision experience preferred.  Social Work License desirable.  Knowledge of community services a plus, computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft office required.  Must provide own transportation
