ASSISTANT RESIDENT MANAGER

 

Potential Annual Salary $38,480 to $40,040. College credits and degree beneficial but not necessary. Social work and CNA or MA experience is advantageous for promotional consideration. Enjoy a rewarding position teaching daily living skills to individuals with developmental disabilities in group homes and apartments in Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester Counties. 

Responsibilities include: lifting and transferring individuals, delegating tasks, developing schedules, providing staff feedback, and monitoring licensing standards.  Need to work a full-time second shift up to 10.5 hours between 12 noon and 12 midnight Mon-Fri, and any 8-10 hour shift between 6 a.m. and midnight on weekends.

Qualifications: Must be 18 or older, have a HS diploma or GED, valid Driver’s License, and 6 months experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Compensation/Benefits: Assistant Resident Manager pays $15.75 to $16.50/hr. with the opportunity to earn $220 every 2 weeks through incentives. We also have entry level positions available starting at $13.00 per hour 3rd shift and $14 per hour 2nd shift with opportunity for additional $80.00 per pay period incentive and benefit package.
