The opening for an Associate Division Manager, as a part of the Client Services team, manages existing accounts from your home office (with potential travel both regionally and nationally). This challenging opportunity is focused on developing physician relationships, running all facets of daily operations and staffing. This role provides autonomy in running a portfolio of businesses, an innovative clinical environment with direct physician interaction and incentive to expand business, enhance relationships, monitor financial performance and achieve goals.

 

Qualifications

· Minimum of 2 years of managerial or relationship management experience (including P&L monitoring)

·  Successful candidates will have a variety of backgrounds including:

o Home Infusion Branch Management/Sales Manager

o Nursing or clinical background

o Pharmaceutical Sales/Management

o General Healthcare/Practice Management

· An advanced degree (MS, MHA, MBA) or equivalent experience preferred

· Tremendous oral and written communication and presentation skills
