ASSOCIATE DONOR RECRUITER

This position is an entry level position.

Under the direction of the Department Head will be assigned to work in conjunction with Account Managers and will be responsible for all assigned duties related to orchestrating a successful blood drive.

The Associate Blood Donor Recruiter will be responsible for the maintenance and growth of existing blood donor groups as assigned.

The Associate Blood Donor Recruiter will develop an understanding of the entire process from the recruiting of the blood donors through the distribution of the final product.

The Associate Blood Donor Recruiter will be employed in a support role to the Account Manager or the New Account Coordinator.

The job requires the employee to be flexible with their work hours, including being available to work weekends and evenings. 

Must have a dependable automobile for job-related travel throughout the assigned territory.
