Account Executive - Inside Medical Sales

JOB PURPOSE:  Build your "Medical" supplies base of business by lead & relationship development that generate intial and repeat sales

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Training- education about products, internal systems and processes, and cultureSales- build a base of business in defined geographic areas targeting as primary; Orthopedic & Podiatric practices, as well as Orthotic & Prosethetic facilities.  Introduce new products to open up accounts and increase each account share of walletMarketing- market customers via existing tools & methods, as well as creating your ownMeetings- participate in regular team and individual strategy, tactic, and fun meetingsCulture- contributes positively and consistently to clearly defined business statements, in particular company "values"

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Characterisitics- success & money driven, competitive, confident, resiliant, adaptable, & charismaticSales skills- professional speaking abilities (clear, concise, and simple), relationship development, probing and listening, communicating product and/or service value, responding to objections, and closing sales / advancing in sales processKnowledge- telephone as primary sales vehicle, basic computer applications, reading, writing, basic math
