Account Manager

Scrip World, a full-service PBM, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for an Account Manager position in downtown Salt Lake City! 

The Account Manager will be responsible for: creating PBM contracts for new, potential and current clients; creating client specific benefit packages; analyzing claims for trends to determine which products and interventions would meet clients benefit or financial needs; creating cost savings analysis; researching and solving client and member benefit issues; and other duties as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent relationship building skills Project management, account management, or sales experience Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop recommendations for improvement Proficient in Microsoft Office Word & Excel Develop and maintain long-term business relationships Research and solve complex, multi-faceted problems Detail oriented with ability to break down projects into smaller tasks and follow up with involved parties

Qualification Standards:

Pharmacy and health care experience is required.  Pharmacy Technician license or certification is also required.  A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in administration, business or health field.  One year of experience will be considered as one year of education.

Preferred Qualifications:

PBM experience preferred.
