Account Manager/ Promail Assistant Our growth has been fantastic, and our programs are designed to help professionals get results and grow their companies. Right now, we are looking for someone who is a perfect fit for our company culture, and can perform the following primary duties exceptionally well: • Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of management, and with our customers. • Help organize and execute mail campaigns to existing and prospective customers. • Handle incoming calls from prospective customers and effectively discuss benefits of our programs. • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. • Brand Management. • Work closely with co-workers, GM and owners to help plan, participate in, and track the progress of promotions and marketing campaigns. Education/Experience: Minimum 4 year college degree. Experience in the customer service field is also a plus. Exceptional communication skills are important. A viable candidate must have strong computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and be extremely organized and be able to prioritize assignments. Candidates must be flexible enough to accept changing circumstances and turn problems into opportunities.
