Skilled nurses and pharmacists are accessible 24/7 to deliver and manage complex infusion and injectable therapies from more than 100 OptionCare home infusion and specialty pharmacies in 35 states. OptionCare’s services also include respiratory and home medical equipment at some locations. Walgreen Co. is the nation’s largest drugstore chain with fiscal 2007 sales of $53.8 billion. Responsible to work with the General Manager, RSM and office staff to develop and execute the office Business and Sales Plan. Responsible for Account Management including Managed Care Organizations, Physicians, discharge planners and other referral sources. Speak knowledgeably of the scope of services that are available through OptionCare. Maintaining confidentiality of patient and proprietary information and complying with JCAHO, Legal and Regulatory standards. Participate in OptionCare's Performace Improvement Program. Contributes to the acheivement of OptionCare's goals through effectively participating in or leading committees and informal work groups. Qualifications:Minimum Requirements: Associates or Bachelors degree in a health related or business field. Two years outside Health Care sales experience. Flexible communication style, highly motivated, team player with excellent listening skills. Able to handle stress and meet sales objectives. Must be customer service and rapport-building oriented. Competent in the use of Excel, Powerpoint and Word. Able to plan, organize and make presentations. Able to travel extensively within assigned territory.Preferred Qualifications:A clinical bachelors degree is preferred with 4 years infusion or related healthcare sales experience. Two years Managed Care sales experience with a focus on contracting and sales pull through. Experience with outside, customer service problem solving and new business development is also preferred..
