MRINetwork™ is the world’s largest executive search and recruitment organization.  We have a global network of more than 1,000 offices.  Management Recruiters - The Boston Group is our 5 office franchise, which was established in 1966 to provide executive and management level staffing services to a wide variety of industries.  Company Information: Located right along the shore of Ct, this 280-bed facility employs about 2500.  Located about 1 hour from Boston, 1 1/2 hrs from NYC and minutes from 2 of the largest entertainment facilities in the Northeast, they have been rated one of the top 100 hospitals in the US.  Also notable is that they have been rated in the 92nd percentile for patient satisfaction. Job Description: Decision Support Analyst for Managed Care is responsible for the continuous detailed data analysis and reimbursement oversight of 3rd party contracts with focus on how to identify underpayments or improvements in processes in order to maximize contractual arrangements with 3rd party payers.  In addition, this position has overall responsibility for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the the contract management system, interfacing with claims submission process, and implementing quality initiatives to ensure maximum alignment with the hospital's revenue cycle objectives. Job Requirements: Minimum of a BS degree.  Minimum of 3 years related experience in contract negotiations, data analysis using EXCEL, MS Works and the Internet.  Experience in managed care setting, hospital or 3rd party administration setting required.  Excellent oral and written communication skills including presentation skills necessary.
