Our products include The Medical Disability Advisor, now in its Fifth Edition. In addition, we conduct training and educational seminars around the world as a recognized authority on disability issues.
 
About the Position:
We are searching for an exceptional Account Manager. The Account Manager serves as the key contact for active client accounts. The focus of this position is on client relationship management/account management. The right person for this role is a professional Account Manager who has experience working with large corporate clients. The purpose of the National Account Manager is to enhance and strengthen the business relationship between the client and Reed Group, Ltd. The National Account Manager serves as liaison between the client and the team of internal professionals who service the account. This person will provide clarity and resolution in addressing client issues.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Demonstrate adherence to Reed Group. Values and performance guidelines.
2. Responsible for managing key client account(s) which alone or combined constitute several million dollars in revenue; appropriate responsiveness is required.
3. Facilitate on-going communications to ensure solid client relations; address client concerns, answer questions, seek resolution to issues as liaison between the client and internal resources.
4. Manage daily tactical issues to ensure customer satisfaction with services provided; resolve operational issues affecting client relations.
5. Establish procedures and internal standards for on-going management of account.
6. Interpret and deliver data analytical reports on services provided.
7. Inform client of changes in legislation that affect disability, workers compensation and FMLA management.
8. Work closely with the Implementation Manager from the start to insure a smooth transition from implementation to live customer.
9. Analyze complex business needs of client, recommend long and short term solutions, and introduce new products and services.
10. Track Renewals – fully manage client profitability and understand where renegotiation is appropriate.

Qualified candidates must have at least 5 years of account management experience and a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration or related field. Candidates must possess excellent communications skills including ability to perform negotiations and sales. Experience working with large corporate clients or public sector clients is highly desired. Must also have knowledge of State Family Medical Leave Act laws and employment laws.
