OptionCare's services also include respiratory therapy and home medical equipment at some locations.Essential Skills:Responsible for driving top line revenue through effective territory management and the development and maintenance of Physician Practice, Hospital, and Managed Care Accounts. Responsible to work with the General Manager, RSM and office staff to develop and execute the office Business and Sales Plan. Responsible for Account Management including Managed Care Organizations, physicians, discharge planners and other referral sources.? Identify, target, grow, and maintain existing physician and hospital accounts as well as devise action plans to foster growth in new accounts. ? Develop strategies for pull through in Managed Care Accounts while fostering relationships with Case Managers. ? Work with RSM and Branch Manager to devise strategies for Care Management programs and the implementation of those programs for their branch. ? Report on sales efforts through weekly, monthly, and quarterly required paperwork. Speak knowledgeably of the scope of services that are available through Option Care. ? Ability to learn, demonstrate, and present key information about Option Care and its services to referral sources and managed care accounts.Maintaining confidentiality of patient and proprietary information, and complying with JCAHO, Legal, and Regulatory standards. Account Managers shall demonstrate an ability to not only achieve company sales objectives, but also to present themselves and Option Care in a professional manner. Compliance with JCAHO, Legal, and Regulatory standards is considered paramount as well as maintaining patient confidentiality and proprietary information. Participate in Option Care’s Performance Improvement Program. Contributes to the achievement of Option Care’s goals through effectively participating in or leading committees and informal work groups. Use group participation skills when working as a member of a committee or informal work group. Participates actively and positively on at least one committee. Accurately identifies opportunities for improvement.Qualifications:Minimum Requirements? Associates or Bachelors Degree in a health related or business field.? Two years outside Health Care sales experience.? Flexible communication style, highly motivated, team player with excellent listening skills. ? Able to handle stress and meet sales objectives.? Must be customer service and rapport-building oriented. ? Competent in the use of Excel, Power point, and Word.? Able to plan, organize, and make presentations.? Able to travel extensively within assigned territoryPreferred:? A clinical bachelors degree is preferred with 4 years infusion or related healthcare sales experience. ? Two years Managed Care sales experience with a focus on contracting and sales pull-through.? Experience with outside, customer service problem solving and new business development is preferred..
