Account Support Specialist

Responsible for critical member inquiries requested through Sales Representatives and Telemarketing Specialists to ensure seamless enrollment and timely access to benefits. Responsible for member outreach, specifically contacting members within 90 days of the date of enrollment to ensure customer satisfaction. 

Review applications for accuracy and coordinate applicable Sales follow up.  Coordinate Pre Sales materials for direct pay and employer group, State and Federal products.  Assist with the Facilitated Enrollment application audits in accordance with NYSDOI guidelines and track results. Support retention efforts through welcome calls for new members and also outreach to existing members to improve customer satisfaction and maximize member retention.

Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred. Excellent time management skills. Public presentation skills required.
