Account Utilization Coordinator

One Call Medical, Inc. (OCM) is the premier payor outsourcing organization servicing the Workers' Compensation industry, providing the highest quality scheduling service through its national network providers. We are seeking a highly motivated Account Utilization Coordinator to assist in increasing utilization of One Call Medical, Inc. services.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

Sell OCM Services on a daily basis via email, telephone, and mailings to Adjusters/NCMs

 

Analyze and track trends

 

Execute designated Sales Campaigns

 

Design and Implement Regional Sales Campaigns

 

Partner with field representatives to execute strategies/action plans to exceed goals for territory

 

Analyze utilization of One Call Medical, Inc. by specific claims office and account

 

Design PowerPoint Presentations

 

Communicate with existing customers to maintain our relationships

 

Address all customer concerns and/or feedback

 

Sales support to Field Sales Representatives

 

Interface with other OCM Departments as required/when appropriate

 

 



QUALIFICATIONS:

 

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
