If so, consider applying for our Accounts Payable Associate position in our Nashville office. ?The Accounts Payable Associate will be responsible for processing AP transactions accurately and timely in accordance with company policies and procedures.?Ensure prompt and accurate ?Data Entry? for programs as assigned.?Resolve any issues related to AP before processing transactions.?Administers and performs AP functions as directed by accounting leader?Generate reports using standard software (Solomon)?Electronic invoice approval and document retrieval via Doc Link Minimum of 2 years prior accounts payable experience is absolutely crucial for this position, and a background in healthcare would be a plus. Strong verbal and written skills are preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft office products. Experience with accounting software needed. Ability to communicate specific information to other departments within the company.
