EMA, a company committed to its mission of Serving Aging Persons, has an immediate opening for a full-time, full cycle Accounts Payable Clerk. Located in scenic southern Carroll County, the EMA home office provides a clean, safe and comfortable work environment. Duties include:

 Preparation for posting receipt of purchase orders and payment of invoices/checks. Using AP and Purchasing modules of computer system. Communicating with vendors on past due or discrepancy issues and maintaining vendor files.Preparation of checks for mailing/distribution.Providing services to internal customers.

 

Qualified candidates must have prior accounts payable experience or full charge bookkeeping experience. Education requirement is a high school degree or equivalent. Familiarity with computers including email, Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus.
