The Accounts Payable Clerk will need to insure accurate and prompt payment of invoices to vendors, compile and maintain accounts payable records. Daily input of invoices into the computer system and scheduling the invoices for payment according to terms. Prepare accrued AP reconciliation monthly. Entering postage for the company mail is done by Accounting on a daily basis as required. Some project work for the Controller is required and defined as needed.


One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
