Accounts Payable Coordinator  

U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc. ("USPh"), which was founded in 1990, is a publicly held company which operates 350 outpatient physical and/or occupational therapy clinics across 41 States. The Company’s clinics provide post-operative care for a variety of orthopedic-related disorders and sports-related injuries, treatment for neurologically-related injuries, rehabilitation of injured workers and preventative care.

We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator based at our corporate office located in Houston, Texas. This department is a very fast paced high volume area and multi-tasking is a must.

The successful candidate(s) will possess the following minimum requirements:

3+ years of experience in accounts payable a must.

Significant A/P experience in a high volume environment.

Experienced in Accounts Payable: stamping mail, checking for proper approval, coding and entering into our Great Plains accounting system. Extensive research, processing 1099’s and sending out financial statements at each month end. Keep up with contracts for all contract employees.
