Facilitates resolution of administration/service issues and develops strong internal and external working relationships that encourage renewal and future business with United Healthcare. Provide administrative and service support for new and existing business, researching and resolving issues relating to installation, eServices, claims, billing and enrollment. Qualifications: College Degree preferred. Prior experience in healthcare insurance industry preferred. Excellent understanding of sales processes and products offered by UHC. Fully experienced in representative major tasks in order to troubleshoot and train peers. Excellent word processing and computer skills: Microsoft Word, Outlook, & Excel helpful. Keyboarding skills in accordance with work volume and quality requirements. Demonstrate customer service skills in a professional business environment.  Process and operational oriented.
