Administrative Assistant-Corporate Development

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Corporate Development team to work in our scenic downtown Seattle office. The qualified candidate will preferably have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years related experience in administrative support, be an organized team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and customer service skills required. Must be proficient in MS Office applications. Specific duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support and coordination to the Senior VP of Corporate Development and the Corporate Development department; create, edit, and distribute correspondence; manage schedules/calendar; maintain records relating to acquisitions and developments; and other projects as assigned.
