Working with minimal direction in a fast paced environment, the candidate will support the Sr. Director as well as all other department employees.Responsibilities Prepares, coordinates and maintains all associate paperwork including travel, supplies, move requisitions, interviews, meeting agendas, etc. Prepares and updates various grids for tracking measures Coordinates and processes invoices, expense reports contracts as needed to act in compliance with company policies and procedures. Responds to various inquiries regarding company policies and procedures. Responsible for maintaining the library used by the department. Responsible for maintaining files for Market Planning Director Supports the Market Planning Director on projects to support the needs of the team. Manage questions/requests to and from vendors via telephone, fax or email. Manage and complete special projects as assigned by director Coordinate with project leaders to ensure timely and smooth operation of trainings/meetings. Order supplies and office equipment in a timely manner. Arrange catering and conference room setups for various meetings and offsite meetings. Assist internal customers with various issues by helping or directing them to the project leader. Schedule many meetings for various members of the organization Strong sensitivity to various working skills with ability to shift gears and adjust thinking as business needs change. Excellent organizational skills Strong verbal/written communication skills and attention to detail. Excellent problem solving skills and resourcefulness. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters with discretion. A highly organized self-starter and team player with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. Desire to learn and grow with the needs of the Department.
