As an Administrative Assistant, you would assist with daily administrative duties for UnitedHealthcare Children's Foundation, a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to helping the clinical condition or quality of life of children. Apply for this rare opportunity today!  Primary responsibilities include: Helping manage the administrative tasks for the Foundation Entering and updating data utilizing our internal web systems Communicating by phone with our valued grant applicants and grant recipients Ensuring compliance with Foundation policies, criterian and best practices Writing and preparing memos, minutes and other communications Creating reports, binders and mailing information Assisting with the UnitedHealth Group giving campaign, with a special focus on the Foundation Tracking mail, invoices and statistics Providing support to Foundation officersSignificant experience managing administrative functions is required. Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills are needed. Candidates must have strong Microsoft Office skills and be able to navigate the Internet. Some financial experience would be ideal.
