Essential Skills:Administration Function Manager As Administration Function Manager, you are responsible for auditing the performance of functions within the Distribution Center to determine adherence to instituted DC guidelines. Daily activities include strong internal and external communication with IT, Networking, Stores, Vendors, Carriers and our corporate facilities. Responsibilities include: Maintain accurate system inventory levels by using various management claim processing reports and record keeping tools. Also, oversee computer room supervisor and administrative staffs, control drug reporting, return goods, post billing, release and distribution of ad items, tobacco tax reporting, public warehouse coordination, creating queries and other general clerical functions.Within the guidelines of authorized Company policies, programs, procedures, budgets, laws and good business ethics, our Administration Function Managers: Direct, coordinate and control the activities, plans and programs of the immediate staff.Qualifications:The ideal candidate for this position will possess:· 2+ years supervisory or leadership experience with multiple department/area responsibility.· Hands on experience in computer operations.· Computer efficiency in all MS Office software including Excel/Access along with FileMaker Pro and a familiarity with AS/400 to oversee computer room operations.· Must possess interpersonal, decision-making, problem solving, analytical and written/verbal communication skills. · Experience with automated systems (RF technology, WMS, conveyor and sortation systems) is preferred.· Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of education and work experience in office management, inventory control, billing and customer service.· Demonstrated ability to train and coach team members.· Creativity along with strong organizational skills.· Decision-making, problem-solving and analytical skills with strongStatistical aptitude.
