Administrative Manager- Healthcare!

Join a highly regarded Boston Healthcare facility as the Administrative Manager of a busy department!  In this role you will be charged with a wide variety of responsibilities, including: managing staff (establishing objectives/standards, evaluating performance, holding staff meetings, ensuring educational development of staff, etc.), ensuring budgets and quality targets are met, serving as administrative member of various department committees, allocating office space, investigating and responding to complaints and taking effective corrective action, and more. Candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, a Master’s degree is preferred, 2+ years of managerial experience in a healthcare organization with financial management responsibilities and excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.  Incredible benefits!
