Saint Barnabas Nursing and Rehabilitation Centers, comprised of eight Nursing and Rehabilitation Centers and an Assisted Living facily, is dedicated providing the highest quality services to our patients and residents throughout New Jersey. We are currently seeing a dedicated, energetic Administrator to join our team and lead our 180 bed Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Green Brook, New Jersey. The Administrator is responsible for ensuring quality services to our patients and residents while complying with DOH regulations and SBN&RC policies. This includes but is not limited to: supervision and hiring of department managers and supervisors, management of facility finances, oversight and management of marketing and admissions process, coordination with consultants, physicians and contractors as well as family members. The ideal candidate for this position will be an Administrator with a proven track record of managing a 100 plus bed facility and a philosophy of excellence in customer services. The ability to assess and analyze issues as they arise and execute solutions is key. Strong leadership, communication and management skills are required. BA or BS in Health Care Administration or related field and valid NJ Administrator license (LNHA) are required.
