Trinity Continuing Care Services (TCCS) is seeking an Administrator for their senior housing and assisted living community located in Brighton, MI.

 

TCCS is a member organization of Trinity Health and includes 12 long-term care, two continuing care retirement communities, eight senior housing communities, seven HUD senior apartment communities, and four-assisted living residence with annual revenues of $150M.

 

We are seeking an experienced administrator with high energy to manage our 88 apartment senior housing and assisted living community in Brighton, MI.  The administrator is responsible for achieving the financial & operational goals established for the community by having budget awareness, maintaining high occupancy and creating an environment with good resident and employee relations.  Other responsibilities include culture change, marketing programs, leasing, renewals, collections and training, and regulatory oversight and compliance of all applicable laws including but not limited to Fair Housing, health department, Life Safety codes and Adult Foster Care regulations.

 

The successful candidate will have exceptional communication, organizational & leadership skills.  A minimum of one year working with elders is required.  A minimum of two years management in residential property, assisted living, senior housing or a bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.  A Master’s degree in business, health care administration, or related field is preferred.  Eden Associate certification preferred. In addition, computer literacy and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
