Administrator - Elkton, MD

Signature HealthCARE, LLCis currently seeking a dynamic and committed Administrator to lead and direct the overall operations of one of our Long Term Care nursing facility, Laurelwood Care Center at Elkton located in Elkton, Maryland.  The main focus will be addressing our customer needs, government regulations and company policies, concentrating on maintaining excellent care for our residents and achieving the facility's business objectives. Essential functions: Facility Management Compliance Management Facility Staffing and Retention Business Management Marketing and Revenue Management Community Relations Ensure confidentiality, safety and every other aspect that enhances the resident's well being Qualifications: Current/active MD state Nursing Home Administrator's license Detailed and organized work habits Excellent communication skills and computer literate Must be exhibit sound judgment making skills along with patience and self-discipline Strong analytical and business skills Function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel and support agencies.
