Job DescriptionThe Sleep Lab Admissions Clerk serves as the liaison between the hospital and the patient in the admitting process. The Admissions Clerk assists in determining a patient's eligibility for admission; assures the completion of all necessary forms. Responsibilities include interviewing patients to obtain identifying information, record keeping, coordination of scheduling of pre-admissions and sleep studies, and to communicate with the doctors and hospital staff.
