Job DescriptionThe person in this position will be responsible for:Coordinating the schedule in the OP Gym for patients receiving a combination of PT, OT, ST and van transportation.Responsible for the timely, accurate reconciliation of the calendar reflecting therapist time off with patients schedule.Responsible for the daily update of the primary therapist list reflecting an even distribution of patients considering varied hours worked.Responsible for the monitoring of utilization of ¿outside¿ (Palmetto Ambulance at this time) van transportation and reconciliation of the log to the bills.Responsible for charge entries same day of service.Responsible for training and cross-training new admissions clerk to cover intake duties as needed.Process leave requests for intake coordinators and van drivers reconciling schedule to calendar.Organize coverage when intake coordinators are off.Check time sheets for intake coordinators and van drivers, prior to approval from OP Director, for leave time (sick and scheduled off), overtime to be approved prior, lunch breaks and missed punches.
