Aftercare Program Managing Coordinator

The position of the Aftercare Program Managing Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and oversight of the Aftercare Program and 4 Aftercare Client Managers. The Aftercare Program Managing Coordinator will work closely with the Aftercare Client Managers to ensure quality services for clients who are mothers along with their children are leaving residential drug and alcohol treatment. Program services are provided to ensure that the children are stable and that the mothers have the means in which they can support the health, safety and well being of their children. Requirements: Master degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Public Health or related field; Minimum of 3-5 yrs. Exp. Providing direct services to individuals in the human services field; 1 yr of supervisory/management exp. preferred; Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred; Knowledge of substance abuse and its impact; Knowledge about child-serving systems; Strong oral and written communication skills.
