Atlanta Area Director

Nursefinders, a national provider of health care staffing for over 30 years, is currently seeking a Area Director for our Atlanta area Staffing Offices. This is an opportunity for you to use your expertise to rapidly advance & grow with an excellent Company.

Responsibilities:

Our Area Directors are responsible for the programs and business affairs of the office as a whole in their market. The right candidate will be assisting in the growth of well established staffing offices by developing and nurturing relationships with clients, supervising the hiring and retaining of quality healthcare professionals, while maintaining Nursefinders ongoing staffing reputation for only accepting the highest in quality and care.

Qualifications: Strong Recruiter background. At least three years in a Supervisory role over a per diem type setting. Bachelors degree preferred, but not required. Proven P&L experience a plus. At least 2 years of proven Sales Experience.
