Area Manager Fresenius Medical Care North America (FMCNA) has been a global leader in dialysis for over 25 years. Responsible for running a dialysis business within a defined group of facilities through effective leadership and management of all aspects of customer service, quality patient care, marketing of FMS and financial management. Maintains profitability while adhering to the FMCNA Compliance Program, including following all regulatory and FMS policy requirements. Responsible for profit and loss management of each assigned facility/programs including optimal performance of facility operations to achieve or exceed budgets and key performance indicators. Bachelor Degree in healthcare or business related field, or RN degree. Advanced education preferred. At least 2 years experience in managing and leading groups, preferably in healthcare. Demonstrated leadership competencies and skills for the position, including excellent communication, customer service, continuous quality improvement, relationship development, results orientation, team building, motivating employees, performance management, and decision making. Demonstrated management skills necessary to provide leadership in the supervision of dialysis personnel and to ensure the delivery of maximum quality care to all patients. Must complete Clinical Manager training modules and ongoing training and development programs within the specified time line. Maintains knowledge of technical and clinical aspects of the dialysis business.
