Arts Programs Administrator

Aesthetics, a multidisciplinary healthcare design firm located in San Diego, California, is seeking an Arts Programs Administrator to provide organization, installation, administrative and liaison support to our arts programs group.  This position will be responsible for:

 

-Developing and maintaining spreadsheets and budgets for art projects and ongoing activities.

-Creating PowerPoint presentations and assisting with client presentations.

-Supervising framing, frame orders and project specifications.

-Acting as liaison between Aesthetics and our artists.

-Organizing and maintaining art library.

-Providing installation supervision support.

 

The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years experience as an art consultant or arts administrator, an understanding of the role of the arts in health care and excellent verbal and written communications skills.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel.  Knowledge of art procurement, installation and framing is essential.  Ability to collaborate and be a team player is key to effectiveness in this role.
